Article 1 (Scope of Application)

  1. Accommodation contracts and related agreements entered into by this facility with guests shall be in accordance with the provisions of these general terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these general terms and conditions shall be in accordance with laws and regulations or generally established customs.
  2. If the facility agrees to a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws, ordinances, and customs, such special agreement shall prevail notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)

  1. A person who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract at this facility is required to provide the following information to this facility.
    1. Name, address, age, gender, nationality and occupation of the guest
    2. Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
    3. Accommodation charge (as a rule, based on the plan rate at the time of reservation)
    4. A consent form signed by a person with parental authority is required for guests under 18 years of age only.
    5. High school students staying alone must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    6. Other matters deemed necessary by the facility
  2. When the person who has applied for accommodation is requested by this facility to submit a guest list containing the name, address, telephone number, etc. of the guest, he/she shall submit it immediately, even after the accommodation contract has been concluded.
  3. The facility may call the contact given by the guest to confirm the reservation on any given day prior to the scheduled stay.
  4. In the event that a guest requests to continue his/her stay beyond the date of stay stipulated in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during his/her stay, this facility shall treat such request as a new application for a contract of stay at the time such request is made.

Article 3 (Formation of Accommodation Contract, etc.)

  1. The accommodation contract shall be concluded when this facility accepts the application described in the preceding article. However, this shall not apply when the applicant cannot prove that this facility has accepted the application, or when this facility proves that it has not accepted the application.
  2. In the event that this facility has presented incorrect room rates on its Internet site or provided incorrect rates by telephone, and you have applied for a rooming contract based on such rates and this facility has accepted your application, if the rates are significantly lower than the rates for the preceding and following dates, the rooming contract will be invalid and the contract will be voided unless there is a reason for the lower rates, such as "limited," "special," "campaign," etc., indicated or announced for such rates. Unless there is an indication or notice of the reason for the lower rate, such as "limited," "special," or "campaign," the accommodation contract will be considered invalid because it is an acceptance due to a mistake under the Civil Code, and a notice to that effect will be promptly given.

Article 4 (Refusal to enter into an Accommodation Contract)

The facility may refuse to enter into an accommodation contract in the following cases

  1. When an application for accommodation is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  2. When there is no room available due to full occupancy.
  3. When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay at the hotel is likely to commit an act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals in connection with the stay.
  4. When it is deemed that there is a possibility of disturbing the peaceful order in the facility, such as when a person who intends to stay at the facility lodges a complaint or request without any reasonable reason.
  5. When it is recognized that the person seeking accommodation falls under (1) through (4) below.
    1. The applicant is a designated organized crime group or designated organized crime group member, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Boryokudan" and "Boryokudan-in") as defined in the Law Concerning Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups (enforced on March 1, 1992), or a related person, quasi-organized crime group member, or other anti-social force.
    2. (iii) When the applicant is a Boryokudan or a juridical person or other organization whose business activities are controlled by Boryokudan or Boryokudan-in members.
    3. A juridical person, any of whose officers falls under the category of a crime syndicate member.
    4. Antisocial organizations, members of antisocial organizations and their related persons.
  6. When a person who intends to stay at the hotel has said or done something that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
  7. When it is clearly recognized that the person who intends to stay is a person with an infectious disease.
  8. When a person who intends to stay at the hotel has behaved or behaved in a manner that is disturbing to other guests during their stay, such as singing, making disturbances, singing, dancing, or playing music.
  9. When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as having no ability to pay.
  10. When a person who intends to stay in the room is deemed to be behaving suspiciously.
  11. When a violent act of demand is committed or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded in connection with the accommodation.
  12. When it is impossible to accommodate guests due to natural disasters, breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
  13. When it is recognized that the person seeking accommodation is intoxicated and is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests. Or when the guest has said or done something that is extremely disturbing to other guests.
  14. When a person who has applied for accommodation has made the application by concealing his/her own commercial purpose.
  15. When the person who intends to stay at the hotel has had a delay in payment or some other kind of trouble with the facility in the past.

Article 5 (Right of the guest to cancel the contract)

  1. The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by making a request to the facility.
  2. In the event that a guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract, the facility will charge a penalty or cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy of each reservation site or this website.
  3. In the event that a guest does not arrive by 23:00 on the day of the stay without informing the facility, the accommodation contract may be deemed to have been cancelled by the guest and the facility may treat it as such.

Article 6 (Right of the Facility to Cancel the Contract)

  1. The facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases
    1. When it is recognized that the guest is likely to commit an act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals in connection with his/her stay, or when it is recognized that the guest has committed such an act.
    2. When a guest is deemed to be disturbing the peace and order in the facility, such as by filing a complaint or demand without reasonable cause in the facility.
    3. When it is recognized that the guest falls under a) through c) below.
      1. Boryokudan (organized crime groups), Boryokudan members, Boryokudan quasi-constituents, or Boryokudan-related persons or other antisocial forces.
      2. (iii) When the applicant is a Boryokudan or a juridical person or other organization whose business activities are controlled by Boryokudan or Boryokudan-in members.
      3. A juridical person, any of whose officers falls under the category of a crime syndicate member.
    4. When a guest uses language or behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
    5. When it is clearly recognized that the guest is a person with an infectious disease.
    6. When a violent act of demand is committed or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded in connection with the accommodation.
    7. When the accommodation cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as natural disasters (earthquake, typhoon, tsunami, volcanic eruption, torrential rain, etc.), outbreak of terrorist incidents or international conflicts, or requests based on Article 24, Paragraph 9 of the Act on Special Measures against Pandemic Influenza, etc. or Article 45, Paragraph 2 of the same Act, etc., including temporary closures (partial closures). (2) When the hotel is unable to accommodate guests due to force majeure.
    8. When it is recognized that the person seeking accommodation is a drunken person, etc., and is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests.
    9. Smoking in areas other than the designated areas, tampering with firefighting equipment, or otherwise failing to comply with the prohibitions in the "Rules of Use" set forth in these General Terms and Conditions.
    10. When the following items, etc., are brought into the building
      1. Hazardous materials such as gunpowder, explosives, gasoline, kerosene, chemicals, toxic gases, volatile oils, etc.
      2. Decomposed materials, filthy materials, and other materials that emit moisture, foul odors, foul smells, odors, etc.
      3. Cats, birds, reptiles and all other animal pets (this does not apply to dogs permitted to accompany you)
      4. Significantly large quantities of goods
      5. Other items prohibited by law, etc.
    11. Refusal to register identification or other documents in the system designated by the facility.
  2. When this facility cancels the accommodation contract pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the reason for such cancellation is based on item 7 of the preceding paragraph, the charges for accommodation services, etc. that the guest has not yet received will be refunded. In the event that the cancellation is based on any other reason, the accommodation services that have not yet been provided to the guest will also be charged as a penalty and will not be refunded.

Article 7 (Accommodation Registration)

  1. On the day of the stay, the guest shall register the following items in the system designated by the facility.
    1. Name, age, gender, contact information, address and occupation of the guest
    2. Legal identification (driver's license, passport, or my number card)
    3. For foreigners, nationality, passport number, and passport
    4. Other matters deemed necessary by the facility

Article 8 (Hours of Use of Guest Rooms)

  1. Guests may use the rooms from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day. However, in the case of a consecutive stay, the guest may use the room for the entire day, except for the day of arrival and the day of departure.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the facility may accept the use of a room outside the hours specified in the preceding paragraph. In such cases, the following additional charges shall apply
    1. 2,750 yen per 15 minutes from check-out time until midnight (tax included)
    2. After midnight, one night room charge per room on the check-out date in addition to the surcharge in the previous item.

Article 9 (Compliance with Rules of Use)

Guests shall comply with the "Rules of Use" set forth in these General Terms and Conditions while in the facility.

Article 10 (Payment of Fees)

  1. The breakdown of accommodation charges, etc. to be paid by the guest shall be as set forth on each reservation site or in each facility's rate schedule on this website.
  2. Payment of the room charge, etc. as described in the preceding paragraph shall be made in advance at the reservation site or on this website.
  3. Room charges shall apply even if the guest voluntarily does not stay in the room after the facility has provided the room to the guest and made it available for use.

Article 11 (Responsibility of the Facility)

  1. If this facility causes damage to a guest due to the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related agreements, this facility will compensate for the damage. However, this shall not apply when the damage is not caused by reasons attributable to the facility.
  2. The facility is covered by fire insurance and ryokan liability insurance in case of fire, etc.

Article 12 (Handling of Contracted Guest Rooms When Not Provided)

  1. If this facility is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, it will, with the consent of the guest, arrange other accommodations under the same conditions as far as possible.
  2. If this facility is unable to find other accommodation notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the amount of the penalty, and the compensation fee will be applied to the amount of compensation for damages. However, if there is no reason attributable to this facility for not being able to provide the guest room, no compensation fee will be paid.

Article 13 (Storage of Guests' Luggage or Personal Effects)

In the event that a guest leaves a wallet, ID card, or other valuables at the hotel after checking out, the hotel will, in principle, wait for the owner to contact the hotel to inquire about them and ask for instructions. Unless the guest makes a request, the property will keep such valuables for one week, including the day they are found, and then dispose of them. In addition, food and beverages, clothing and sundries deemed inappropriate for sanitary reasons, and disposable utensils will be disposed of on the same day. and disposable utensils will be disposed of on the same day.

Article 14 (Responsibility for Parking)

  1. When a guest uses the parking lot of the facility, the facility rents a space and is not responsible for the management of the vehicle.
  2. The facility will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, or other natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, torrential rains, etc.).

Article 15 (Liability of Guests)

  1. In the event that this facility suffers damages due to the intentional or negligent act of a guest, said guest shall compensate this facility for such damages.
  2. In order to ensure the smooth receipt of accommodation services based on the accommodation contract, in the unlikely event that the guest becomes aware that accommodation services that differ from the contents of the accommodation contract have been provided, the guest must promptly notify this facility to that effect.
  3. Smoking is not permitted in any of our facilities, except in designated smoking areas. If smoking is found in a guest room or in any of our facilities, the guest will be liable for room cleaning, replacement of bedding and fixtures, replacement of cloths, and damages from the sale of guest rooms due to smoking.
  4. In the event that the building, equipment, appliances, furniture, goods, etc. are intentionally or accidentally damaged or soiled, the full cost of restoration and labor will be charged.

Article 16 (Disclaimer)

  1. The facility will not be liable for any and all accidents caused by natural disasters or carelessness on the part of the facility users, or for any accidents caused by failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
  2. The facility will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or accident to the vehicle or items brought by the facility's users.
  3. If there is any disturbance to the neighborhood or another guest, the police may be notified, in which case the facility user will be held legally responsible for all such incidents.
  4. The terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Article 17 (Refusal of Continued Use)

The facility reserves the right to refuse continued use in the following cases

  1. When there has been an act that is not in the best interest of the facility, or when it is recognized that there is a possibility of such an act being committed.
  2. (2) When the guest violates these terms and conditions (including cases where the facility determines that there is a risk of violation of these terms and conditions).

Article 18 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

Any disputes between this facility and the guest regarding the accommodation contract shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.

  4. If the contracted number of days is shortened, a cancellation fee will be collected for the unused nights in accordance with the cancellation policy.
  5. The above cancellation fees are basic cancellation fees and may take precedence over the cancellation fees stipulated in separate accommodation contracts or on individual reservation websites.

Terms of Use

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we have established the following terms and conditions of use in accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement. If you do not comply with these terms and conditions, we may have no choice but to refuse your stay or use of the related facilities, and we may hold you responsible for any damage caused.

Items to be observed

  1. For health and safety and fire prevention reasons, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility except for designated smoking areas. If smoking is found in a guest room or in the facility, the guest will be responsible for the cost of cleaning the room, replacing bedding and fixtures, replacing cloths, and compensating for damages caused by smoking, as well as for the loss of room sales.
  2. Please do not take equipment from our facility or move it to a separate building. Also, due to the possibility of wildlife tampering, please do not leave your equipment outside after use, and be sure to bring it inside. Please do not take any equipment or fixtures from the facility home with you.
  3. For fire prevention and flameproofing reasons, no barbecue utensils may be brought into the facility. In the unlikely event that such items are found to have been brought into the facility, the use of the facility will be immediately suspended and a penalty of 30,000 yen will be paid.
  4. Minors only are not allowed.
  5. There are many villa owners and residents living nearby. Please be quiet after 9:00 p.m. Fireworks (including hand-held fireworks) are prohibited for fire prevention and noise abatement.
  6. Please make sure that the door is locked when you leave our facility. Please make sure that the door is locked, especially when you go to bed. If you suspect someone is suspicious, please do not unlock the door and contact us or the police.
  7. Please refrain from meeting with visitors in our facility.
  8. Do not attach foreign objects to buildings or equipment or modify them in such a way as to change their current condition.
  9. Some TV channels may not be available. We cannot guarantee that all channels will be available. Please understand this in advance.
  10. Please refrain from gambling, disturbing public morals or safety, or behaving in a manner that may cause inconvenience to other guests in the facility.

Prohibited items and penalties (fines)

  7. Pets brought in or misused (fine: 55,000 yen)
  8. Stain or damage to facility equipment, or take-out (charges for purchase of replacement or repair).
  9. Bringing and using fire pits and charcoal grills (33,000 yen fine)
  10. Commercial use of seminars, therapies, etc.

If any of the above behaviors are observed, the guest will be asked to pay a penalty, a fine, and an additional fee to leave the premises.
