Hakone Town is located in the center of Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park and is a sightseeing and hot spring destination with excellent access from central Tokyo.The natural scenery is beautiful from season to season, and there are many events and festivals to enjoy throughout the year, including art galleries, museums, and other leisure facilities, as well as the Hakone Ekiden (relay race) held at New Year's. The area also offers a wide range of recreational activities, including the Hakone International Festival.
