Facility Neighborhood Information
Located in the center of Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, Hakone Town is a tourist and hot spring resort with easy access from central Tokyo.The natural scenery is beautiful from season to season, and there are many events and festivals to enjoy throughout the year, including art galleries, museums, and other leisure facilities, as well as the Hakone Ekiden (relay race) held at New Year's. The area also offers a wide range of recreational activities, including the Hakone International Festival.
The rows of cherry trees in spring, fireflies and hydrangeas in the rainy season, fireworks and Daimonji burning in summer, autumn leaves and Susuki fields in fall, and illumination and starry skies in winter are all wonderful and attract tourists from around the world.
For those who love the outdoors, we recommend walking along the cobblestone pavement of an old road built in the Edo period. It will make you feel as if you have stepped back in time to those days.
Odawara, Manazuru, and Yugawara are only 20-30 minutes away by car, and there are many attractions such as Odawara Castle, fruit picking, sea fishing, and swimming. Gotemba Outlet is also close by if you are going to Lake Ashi.
Nature, hot springs, gourmet food, art, power spots, history... Hakone area can be enjoyed even if you stay only one night, but if you are going to use Airbnb, why not travel as if you were living in Hakone and discover a Hakone you have never seen before?
