As this facility is not a hotel, there is no cleaning service during your stay.
If you would like to change your linens or towels during your stay, please use the washing machine in the room.

Room clothes are not provided, so please bring your own.
To ensure the safety of our guests, security cameras are installed at the building entrance, on the deck, and around the perimeter.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Guests of high school students and younger only are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
Please note that calcium chloride will be sprayed during snowfall.
Our facility is located in the Hakone area, which is rich in nature. Therefore, insects (ants, mantis, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wild animals (wild boars, civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) inhabit the area around the facility regardless of the season.
Please refrain from approaching, yelling, or any other irritating behavior if you see a wild animal. Although we carefully check the area at the time of each cleaning and take regular measures to eliminate and prevent insects, unfortunately we are unable to completely prevent insect infestation. We hope you will understand that this is only possible with our lush green location.
If you are not a fan of insects by any means, we recommend that you refrain from using this service.

No shoes are allowed inside the building, except for the dirt floor.
Noise that disturbs neighbors (especially during the night and early morning) (33,000 yen fine)
Smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes (33,000 yen fine)
Smoking and littering cigarette butts in yards, parking lots, and other areas outside of ashtrays on the premises (33,000 yen fine)
Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood (33,000 yen fine)
Unauthorized excess of the number of guests (room charge for the excess number of guests)
Conducting a barbecue inside a building room (33,000 yen fine)
Use of wood stove
Please refrain from bringing or using fire pits or charcoal grills as they may burn the floor.
(3) Dirty, damaged, or taken out facility equipment (billing for expenses incurred in purchasing replacement items, etc.)
If any of the above acts are observed, an additional fee will be charged.
Please use the ashtrays on the premises if you are a smoker.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building. Additional charges will be incurred if there are any signs of smoking inside the building or outside the building in areas other than the designated areas after leaving the building.
