Ashigarakasu District, Kanagawa Prefecture, JapanLocated in the center of Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, Hakone Town is a tourist and hot spring resort with easy access from central Tokyo.
The natural scenery is beautiful from season to season, and there are many events and festivals to enjoy throughout the year, including art galleries, museums, and other leisure facilities, as well as the Hakone Ekiden (relay race) held at New Year's. The area also offers a wide range of recreational activities, including the Hakone International Festival.
The rows of cherry trees in spring, fireflies and hydrangeas in the rainy season, fireworks and Daimonji burning in summer, autumn leaves and Susuki fields in fall, and illumination and starry skies in winter are all wonderful and attract tourists from around the world.

Please note that there is only space for one vehicle, so if you are coming in multiple cars, we kindly ask that you park the second and subsequent cars at a nearby coin-operated parking lot.

*We cannot hold luggage temporarily, so if you wish to store your luggage before or after your stay, please use the coin lockers at Hakone-Yumoto Station. Please note that there is a limited number of lockers large enough for suitcases, so storage may not always be available.
Please note that our facility uses a Remote Lock system. For check-in, a PIN code is required instead of a physical key. We will send the 4-digit PIN code via message, so please be sure to check it before your arrival.
