SYLA HOTEL Hakone Gora West is a detached rental facility that can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Although close to the station, it is surrounded by abundant nature, allowing you to experience the four seasons of Hakone with all five senses.
If you are coming by car, please use the complimentary private parking.

You can comfortably enjoy Hakone's traditional ”Daimonji-yaki” bonfire from our facility. In addition, Hakone Gora Park, located a 3-minute walk away, is also famous as a viewing spot. Food stalls sometimes appear in the surrounding area, making it recommended for those who want to experience a festive atmosphere.
Outside of the event period, please enjoy the remains of the Daimonjiyaki from the facility.

We have a private parking lot for our guests a 2-minute walk from the facility. You can park one car for free. If you are coming with multiple cars, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
Please refrain from street parking, including parking in front of the facility.

Movement within the area

Korakuen is the terminus of the Hakone Tozan Railway, and also the starting point for the cable car that connects to the ropeway. It is located in the middle of Hakone, making it easy to access other tourist destinations from Korakuen. Since it is also easy to access places like Oue Valley, Ashinoko Lake, and Hakone Yumoto, it might be a good idea to spend a few days in the Hakone area while staying in Korakuen as your base of operations.

In addition to the onsen facilities, there are also other attractions near this facility, such as Hakone Gora Park and the Hakone Photography Museum, so there are activities to enjoy on sunny days and rainy days alike.

Also, there are many stylish restaurants in Tsuruoka, and when you look across the entire Hakone area, you’ll see that there are many temples, shrines, and museums in a rich natural environment, allowing you to experience the arts in a relaxing atmosphere.
